You might wonder what is the big deal about Acidic and Alkaline.
A healthy human body should have a PH level of 7.3 - 7.4. Any less or more from this level may cause illness to develop.
Body's PH level changes in response to what goes into our body. Thus, it is important to learn about the PH values of different food/drink available.
Take note of what food/drink you consumer on a daily basis, and work out what their PH values are.
